Domestic Shipping Policy
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note: Shipping orders will not be fulfilled or shipped from our warehouse on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates, Costs, and Methods
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Drop-shipping services provide convenient delivery and access to the latest inventory. To be eligible for shipping, your order must meet the minimum threshold of $220 or higher. All drop-ship orders will be charged a shipping fee of up to $25.00 (FedEx Standard Shipping). Delivery orders are accepted round-the-clock, seven days a week, and are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement. It’s important to note that shipping cannot be consolidated with pickup orders.
- In the event that shipping charges exceed $25.00, the patient will be notified, and explicit authorization will be required prior to charging the credit card on file. For shipping charges totaling $25.00 or less, the applicable amount will be automatically applied to the final invoice and reflected in the total amount at checkout.
- Items purchased for pickup are excluded from the $220.00 shipping minimum. Pickup orders will be charged to the credit card or bank account on file, and products must be collected in person on the designated curbside pickup dates listed.
- Estimated delivery time is between 4-5 business days from date the order was processed. The expected delivery dates may vary based on the routes and schedules of your local FedEx courier.
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped from the distribution warehouse, we will provide an update via email which will contain your shipment tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically provided within 48 hours from the date the order is fulfilled by the Ideal Protein Warehouse.
Missing or Lost Packages
3VC Weight Loss LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the FedEx shipment carrier.

Upon receipt of your claim number, please contact us at shop@3vcweightloss.com with your claim details. We will review your order to determine if temporary replacements are available while your claim is under investigation by the carrier.
Temporary Replacement Program (TRP)
Temporary Replacements are provided to our patients who encounter damaged, missing, or lost packaging caused by the delivery service carrier. Interim Replacements will be offered matching the product and price of the affected order not to exceed $220 in total product value. Replacement products under this program which require shipping will be charged up to a $25.00 shipping fee.
To submit your claim for review, follow these steps:
- File a claim with the service carrier and obtain a claim tracking number.
- Notify us via email within 14 days from the shipment date, including the claim tracking number and Name in the subject line.
Please ensure your email submission includes a detailed description of your damaged or missing items. For instance, please indicate if the item was stolen, specify the date when the missing delivery was noticed, or provide details about the anticipated location or area where the package was scheduled to arrive. This information will help us evaluate your eligibility for the Temporary Replacement Program and, more importantly, reduce the likelihood of similar incidents occurring in the future.
If approved, 3VC Weight Loss LLC will provide you with a temporary replacement form for completion. This program is crafted to offer assistance in unforeseen shipping-related issues. The Temporary Replacement Program remains effective for a maximum period of 30 days following the initiation of your claim with the carrier. Upon the conclusion of the TRP period, full payment for the products supplied through this program will be due in full. Should a credit card remain on record, your participation in this program constitutes authorization for 3VC Weight Loss LLC to charge the associated credit card for the products dispensed within the temporary program.
Heat-Induced Damage
Certain types of items contain ingredients that are sensitive to environmental temps. We strongly encourage you to take into consideration the climate from which you reside prior to placing your order. Products that arrive damaged as a result of environmental temperatures are non-returnable. 3VC Weight Loss LLC reserves the right to treat such incidents on a per-case basis.
