Return and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully prior to submitting, as all sales are considered final once payments for orders have been processed.
Non-Refundable Items or Services
All items or services purchased from 3VC Weight Loss LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by 3VC Weight Loss LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to:
- Food Products
- Vitamins and/or Supplements
- Hardware Devices (Technical/Digital)
- Coaching Services

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we ask that you carefully inspect your product(s) carefully. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email. Once we have been notified, we will assess the issue thoroughly and take any necessary steps towards a resolution if the issue is due to an error from our end.
Replacement product is available to our patients who encounter damaged, missing, or lost packaging caused by the delivery service carrier. Please see our Temporary Replacement Program for more information.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, with the condition that they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items such as expired food products may not refunded or exchanged under no circumstance. Products displaying damage or wear are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Patients looking to initiate an exchange must submit a formal request via email, including their full name, purchase date, and specifics of the item for exchange. Available options include receiving a replacement product of equal or lesser value or obtaining store credit for future purchases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
3VC Weight Loss LLC reserves the right to make exceptions on non-returnable items. All claims are subject to a review process where a determination is made and communicated via email.
